All In One Handy is an independent home project planning service. Contractor matching is not currently available. This page explains what stays on your device and what happens if you send us a request.

Planning without a request

The project planner keeps your ZIP code, property type and timeframe in page memory. You can print a brief without entering contact details. These answers are not sent to our team unless you choose to submit the request form. A project shortcut may put the project category in the URL.

When you send a project request

We save your name, email address, optional phone number and message, project details, submission time and your consent. When available, we also associate the request with its anonymous visit source and landing page. We use this information to review your request and contact you by email or a manual call if you choose to provide a phone number. We do not promise an estimate, an appointment or a response from a contractor.

Your request is stored in a private database on our Render hosting service. Only the site owner can access the dashboard. An email notification may be sent through Resend to the owner; it links to the protected dashboard and does not include your contact details.

No contractor sharing at this stage

Requests currently stay with All In One Handy. We do not sell or forward them to contractors or partner networks. If matching becomes available, we will explain who would receive your information and ask for your permission before sending it. The current form does not consent to automated marketing calls or texts.

Basic site statistics

We collect page views, broad traffic sources and planner steps to understand whether the site is useful. A random identifier in session storage groups activity in one browser tab into a visit, ending after 30 minutes without activity. We do not identify visitors by name unless they submit a request, and we do not record full referring URLs, raw IP addresses or planner answers in analytics. Only recognized campaign labels are retained.

We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for this measurement. Statistics may miss visits because of privacy settings, blocked scripts or network errors; they are not a count of identified people. We do not load advertising pixels or Google Analytics. A browser used to open the owner dashboard is excluded from our statistics using a local preference.

Security and retention

We use short-lived, one-time email codes and protected session cookies for owner access. A daily-changing keyed digest of request addresses helps limit abuse; we do not keep the raw addresses in this database. Requests and owner notes are retained for up to 180 days, basic analytics for up to 90 days. Expired records are removed during routine site activity and nightly maintenance. To protect against data loss, encrypted database backups are sent through Resend to the owner’s Gmail. The decryption key is kept separately. These backup emails and any manual exports are managed separately by the owner; they are not automatically removed by the live database’s retention rules.

Map and hosting

The map is provided by OpenStreetMap and loads from its servers. That service receives the normal technical information needed to display the map. See OpenStreetMap’s privacy policy. Render and email providers may process technical request information under their own service policies to deliver and protect the site.

Email and your choices

Our public address forwards through Porkbun to the owner’s Gmail. You can ask to access, correct or delete your request by emailing us; include the request reference if you have it. Please do not send identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information through the form or email.
